The day began with a review of image optimization and color Doppler techniques for lower limb veins, followed by a practical session focused on identifying and mapping venous structures with precision.

After a short break, the workshop delved into the theoretical principles of sclerotherapy and endovenous thermal ablation (EVTA), covering procedural indications, mechanisms, and ultrasound-guided techniques. In the afternoon, participants observed and assisted in live varicose vein treatment procedures, including EVTA laser therapy and foam sclerotherapy performed on a patient.

The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session, providing participants the opportunity to clarify concepts and discuss real-world applications of the techniques demonstrated throughout the day.
